Bio
Born in 1970, Hülya Duyar moved to Germany at eight and came to acting through the wings of a theatre: first a trained hairdresser, then a stage make-up artist. That is where her acting was discovered.
She has worked in film and television since 2000, and still works in make-up and casting alongside performing. A bilingual, two-country career, moving between Turkish and German productions.
